Emily Nguyen

Chief Financial Officer

Emily Nguyen is an accomplished financial executive serving as CFO at TaxRise. With nearly seven years at the company, she has advanced from Financial Controller to lead the firm’s financial strategy and operations. Prior to TaxRise, Emily built a robust foundation in accounting and auditing through roles at Big 4 accounting firms like Deloitte, honing her expertise in financial analysis, compliance, and operational efficiency. A Master’s graduate in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a graduate of Banking University of HCMC, she leverages her analytical acumen and strategic vision to drive sustainable growth.

Chief Operations Officer

Edward Arias, MBA, is a seasoned operations and innovation leader serving as Chief Operations Officer at TaxRise. With nearly two decades of experience spanning human resources and operations, he excels at aligning people, technology, and strategy to drive digital transformation and enhance customer experiences. Previously, as Chief People Officer at TaxRise, Edward developed comprehensive people operations strategies that bolstered organizational growth. An MBA graduate from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, he leverages his strategic vision and bilingual proficiency to foster sustainable success.
